To the love of my life

Dear........,

So many colors, pictures and poetry could describe our love; but now that I’m about to tell you how true,
pure and great it is, I’m short for words, pictures and even for a little poetic knowledge.

You are the love of my life, I wouldn’t know how to live away from someone as special as you anymore,
someone that pushes me forward and shows me the beauty in things. I could never again find peace in my
heart if you left or couldn’t be there for me. Before that certainty, I have no option but to reaffirm, with all
conviction, what I just said before: you represent, in the flesh, bone, blood and emotion, the great love that
will accompany me till the end of my days.

May life keep on blessing us with each other’s presence. May our days be filled with love, affection and
tenderness you give. May I continue to dedicate you with what’s most sincere, beautiful and best in me.

Shine every time you see me

My darling,

When I look deep in your eyes I can see how they shine every time you see me. And my heart is filled with
happiness, as it feels reassured that all the affection I’ve devoted to you echoes in your kind heart.

It’s great to feel loves and wanted by someone as sweet as you. It feels great that each one of your gestures
and caresses has a reason to be; they are not just automatic gestures but truly felted ones, coming from the
bottom of your heart just to cheer me up and make me happy.

I would love you more each day if only that was possible. But it isn’t, because you already have the best

I suddenly started remembering, not with a nostalgic feeling but with a lot of tenderness, the time we really
were together, the time we used to share to the full our emotions, wishes and hopes. I remembered everything
we’d already lived together and I missed it! Strange that I’ve remembered those things, but that’s because
I feel you’re becoming so distant… And yet, for me this is just the confirmation that a great love will never die

I love being your friend but, with Valentine`s Day drawing closer, I had this absurd idea, you know?

which is just delicious ; and since I know you love pasta, I would be more than happy to fix you this
dish if you were my boyfriend. But I guess that won`t be happening...

If I were your girlfriend, I bet you would be wearing nicer, more fashionable ties and aftershave,
because I would be extremely careful when choosing them. And I would also be extremely proud to introduce
such an `elegant` boyfriend to all my friends. But I am not your girlfriend, so you can keep on wearing your
warned out jeans and those salesman ties!

Well, I told you it was a crazy idea... Still, if you want to try some delicious cookies that I have learned
from my grandmother, just drop by on the 14th of February. I bet you won`t regret it.
